Scheduling and Documentation:

  • Manage required intake documents and oversee the scheduling process for new and existing clients.
  • Identify potential insurance coverage needs or the need for supporting documentation, such as referrals and authorizations.

Multitasking and Independent Operation:

  • Handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and operate independently in alignment with RDAssist’s procedures.

Basic Billing Support:

  • Address basic billing inquiries from clients, referring complex questions to the billing team as needed.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure all interactions are handled professionally.

Details:

  • Remote Position: This is a mostly remote position with potential for occasional on-site workdays. Training will be conducted in person. It is a 1099 contract position.
  • Availability: Flexibility is offered, but the position requires availability Monday - Friday during most business hours to answer and return client calls.
  • Hours: The position offers a minimum of 30-35 hours per week, with room to grow depending on the applicant's desired caseload and ability to follow policies and procedures.
